Community Development and Welfare Worker

David Tut Kuiy is a Melbourne-based community development and welfare worker and the founder of NIRRO. His work is grounded in community participation, practical support and the belief that people should have a meaningful voice in decisions affecting their families and their future.

Through NIRRO, David is helping bring community members together around relief, rehabilitation, youth participation, education and stronger pathways toward collective wellbeing.
